Where Did I go Right????

Born from dirt, always been on the ground, always been so terrible, so low, such a fool
I fell many times to the ground then one of those many times I was there contemplating the dirt and worms in the ground. Something touched my face, I looked up, and you were the one holding my face towards the light. You showed me life; you smiled, took my hand and started walking with me.

I am always in the wrong places, the wrong world, and with the wrong crowds but for some reason you are still standing next to me. You are always there to save me from my own messes, there to show me the best out of every place, and the right place for us to be.

I see everything so clear now, the sky is blue, no more dark clouds around me, and I ask myself, “Where did I go right?”
Because for some reason I was always being so terrible, such a fool and you are still here. Still standing here to show me love, show me that there is always a better place in life.

I’m always flying across the floor, being so stupid, then I bumped into you, you laughed, I smiled, you asked me if I’m ok, then you picked me up and started walking this journey with me. A journey that bonds our lives as friends and family

Too many questions still bother my soul but no regrets in mind. Where did I go right? Why is the sky so blue? But for some reason now I know why.
